AEK secured a 99–88 victory over Levice at SUNEL Arena, clinching first place in Group 6 and earning direct qualification to the Round of 16 of the Basketball Champions League.

The two teams remained close throughout the first half, which ended 49–47. In the 16th minute, head coach Dragan Sakota was ejected after receiving two technical fouls, with Stevan Mijović stepping in as acting head coach for the remainder of the game.

AEK withstood Levice’s comeback attempt despite an injury scare for Silva in the 25th minute, when he experienced discomfort in his right leg and struggled to finish the game. The match was eventually forced into overtime (82–82), where AEK took control with consecutive three-pointers and decisive plays by Bartley, Gray and Silva. Showing remarkable determination, Silva pushed through the pain to help seal the victory.
