Dragan Sakota’s team delivered an impressive performance, earning a convincing 91–77 victory over the Hungarian side Szolnoki, during the game opener of the BCL Season X Powered by Ameresco | SUNEL at SUNEL Arena.

Chris Silva led AEK with 19 points and six rebounds, while RaiQuan Gray added a strong double-double performance with 16 points and 10 boards. Mindaugas Kuzminskas followed with 13 points, Lukas Lekavicius contributed 12, and Frank Bartley added 10, showcasing AEK’s balanced offensive power.

Le’Tre Darthard stood out for Szolnoki with 23 points, while Brady Skeens posted a double-double (11 points, 11 rebounds) and Ryland Holt added another 11 points.

AEK took control from the very beginning, dominating the first quarter 22–10 and maintaining the lead throughout the game. The Greek team continued to build momentum, extending the advantage to 65–50 in the third quarter and 88–68 in the final period, leaving no doubt about the outcome.
